Tech Comm Suite will supply a visual alert that FrameMaker files and RoboHelp files are out of synch. A single command from within FrameMaker can update an entire suite of help files.

Translation only needs to occur once, with the FrameMaker source documents. Any changes to FrameMaker are swiftly updated to the derivative RoboHelp files as well.

• Remove Extraneous Project Files (Targets, Topics, TOCs, Etc.)
• Don't Embed Text in Images
• Simplify Conditioned Text: Don't apply more than one condition tag to a single sentence.
