If you are searching for a Localization Company, attending one of the four annual conferences is a great place to meet most of the "players" in the localization services space. Typically, two are held in the USA and one in Europe and Asia.

When selecting a Localization Company, be sure to not only review their service offering, but make sure you meet the team who will be working on your account. Many companies have comparable service offerings, but the differentiators are your account team. Insist on interviewing your project manager and any other members of the team you would like. All localization companies should be willing to submit a sample translation. By requiring this, you are able to see how a company engages a client, provides quotations and in general how they educate you on their processes and people.
